Hello RSD Families,
This is a reminder Monday, January 15, all RSD schools will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
With the forecasted winter weather, RSD will be continuously monitoring the forecasts and road conditions for the rest of the week.
Families will be notified of any changes for the rest of the week via text, phone, the Russellville School District website, and social media.

If you live outside the Russellville School District and are interested in having your child attend RSD next school year, please submit your School Choice Application to the RSD Administration Office at 220 W. 10th Street, Russellville, AR 72801.

📣 Inclement Weather Information
The winter season is upon us! Through the season, the District will be actively watching forecasts for any weather that may impact travel and road conditions. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority when making these decisions.
📌 Parents will be notified of any school closures, early dismissals, or delays via text, phone, the Russellville School District website, and social media. Please make sure your contact information is up to date with your child’s school office.
Make Up Days:
Beginning this school year, Arkansas school districts can no longer use Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) Days.
Any school closures, including inclement weather, will be made up through designated make up days.
