CVE Career Day ❤️🎓 📚 Every year, Center Valley Elementary hosts “Career Day” where students in all grade levels learn about local career opportunities. The day begins with a parade where all the students dress up in their future career attire! From astronauts to aspiring educators, these students are sure to have bright futures and great impact on the world! 💡 Students learned about the wide variety of careers available locally from classroom speakers and an outside rotation where students could look inside vehicles, see equipment, and get an in-depth look into jobs in fields such as construction, postal service, and emergency services. ♥️ Thank you to all the community businesses and leaders who helped provide these wonderful learning experiences for CVE students! 🤖 RJHS & RHS Robotics Teams Win Accolades at State Robotics Tournament 🏆 RJHS Team 728041P Paladins won the Arkansas VRC State Championship last Friday at ATU and will compete at the VRC World Competition next month. Students pictured are Walter Flores-Valladares, Barrett Davis, Iskander Alcocer-Benites, and Skylar Boren. 🎉 RHS Team 967T, composed of Eliza Ash, Ramon Castro, Ian Emerson, Gavin Hurbanek, and Logan Magill, clinched the Amaze Award at the State Competition and Team 967B composed of Jenesis Arevalo, Emilee Breitbarth, Matthew Fox, Vicky Liu, and Christopher Smith won the Create Award! RHS hosted the 2024 Transitions Fair yesterday! The Transitions Fair is hosted each year as an opportunity to support students with varying needs to learn about career interests and job opportunities in the River Valley area!
