Dear PE with Coach Mo Family,
\r\n\tI am excited to announce the upcoming round-robin 3rd Grade Kickball Tournament. The event will be held on the playground at London Elementary School, 154 School St, London, AR, 72847. Family and friends are invited to attend.
\r\n\tThe kickball tournament is a round-robin, 2 innings or 25 minute game (whichever happens first) between Dwight Elementary School and London Elementary School. Each team is guaranteed to play four games. The games will be played between 9:30am -2:00pm. See the attached schedule for team details.
\r\n\tOn the day of the event, attendees will be able to sit along the track lining the kickball field. Seating will not be provided. Please feel free to bring a lawn chair. Dwight students will ride the bus to London after following daily drop-off procedures. The bus will leave at 8:45 am and return at 2:30pm.
\r\n\tIf you plan to take your student at the end of the tournament, you must sign them out from the attendance station.
\r\nIf you wish to volunteer your time, each team would benefit from having base coaches. Your responsibilities would be coaching base running and positive reinforcement of student performance. Only 2 adults per team will be allowed on the field at all times.
\r\nStudents will need to wear their school shirts, sunscreen, activewear, and tennis shoes. Students are encouraged to show their team spirit by accessorizing with their team colors (hats, socks, sweat bands, etc). Students need to bring a refillable water bottle. Water stations are available for refills
