3rd Grade Kickball Tournament has changed to this Thursday (tomorrow). Due to weather, RSD moved the 3rd Grade Kickball tournament to tomorrow. CVE students will leave for Hickey Park directly after their Awards Assembly beginning at 8:45.

Our brand new Rock Wall is being installed. So exciting!
Second Grade Engineering - Mrs. Pollack's class worked in teams to sketch and design a structure. The structure had to stand 30cm tall. It had to stand by itself for 15 seconds. The students had a lot of fun designing structures and re-building designs until they found a design that worked!
Start sending in those Box Tops! The fall contest ends on October 20. Each class that turns in at least 500 gets a special treat, and the winning class gets a fluffy slime party! So far 2D is in the lead with almost 900!
Fourth grade students have been learning about the structure of the brain while wearing their brain hats!
K-4 Parent/Teacher Conferences will be Monday, October 23 from 1:00-7:00 p.m. There will be NO SCHOOL on October 23 and 24. Today is the day! The Carnival is from 6 pm to 8 pm. You can enter through the cafeteria doors or from the playground. See you tonight!
The annual Cougar Carnival is tomorrow!!! We are kicking the day off at 8:05 with a special performance from our Fitness Club and Cougar Choir which will be followed by a special appearance from the Cougar. We are excited for tomorrow’s festivities!
