Andrew Coffman is a 2nd grader at Sequoyah Elementary, and is a shining example of responsibility. Andrew consistently shows that he can be relied upon to complete his assignments on time, follow directions, and help out his classmates when needed. Whether it’s making sure his school materials are organized or lending a hand in the classroom, Andrew takes ownership of his tasks with a positive attitude. He always strives to be kind and knows when to be quiet when the teacher needs his attention.
When asked about what responsibility means to him, Andrew said “It means to be kind, listen to the teacher, and being a good friend”.
Andrew Coffman was recognized at the December Board meeting for being aResponsible Citizen. This recognition comes from the Profile of the RSD Graduate, which outlines the attributes RSD graduates will encompass when they graduate.
Great job, Andrew! Thank you for being an excellent example for your fellow students!
